Flameworked glass

Alum Aaron Rovner-Buck says many of his strongest memories from childhood took place at the Corning Children’s Center. One of them was the basis for this candle holder. The black and white stripes in this candlestick’s knop recall the piano that used to sit in the lobby of the old Children’s Center. He remembers playing it for hours.
